Abstract

We report the synthesis and the properties of the Gd(III) complex with 4 (H₄dotetra), a novel mixed pendant-arm macrocyclic ligand embodying a tetrazole subunit in a N₅O₃ donor set as a potential magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent.
