Abstract
The Philosophies of Mind do not take into account the qualitative difference between the various representative contents of human consciousness. Now its specificity, which differs it from the animal consciousness, lies in the fact that it also represents the absolute and the freedom. These are representations of absolute otherness, and as such exceed the capacity of consciousness. The collision with this excess returns consciousness on itself making it self free. As such, it is the image of the absolute.
