"Prima la salute" o "Prima i bambini"? Riflessioni sui diritti dell'infanzia al tempo del Covid-19.

ENG The aim of the contribution is to analyze the theme of children’s rights in Italy during the Covid-19 pandemic, with particular attention to infancy and early childhood, in the awareness that children’s rights have not been a priority in the regulation of the early response phase of the emergency. ITA Il contributo ha l’obiettivo di analizzare il tema dei diritti dei bambini in Italia durante la pandemia da Covid-19, con particolare riferimento alla prima e seconda infanzia, nella consapevolezza che all’interno della normativa della prima fase dell’emergenza non siano stati presi in considerazione come una priorità.
