Abstract

Authors have studied plasma viscosity and lipid levels in rats of different ages treated or not with an atherogenic diet and/or suloctidil. Data obtained clearly show that hyperviscosity observed during aging or after an atherogenic diet may be significantly reduced by an oral treatment with suloctidil (50 mg/kg/die for 20 days).
