Abstract
This study investigated the potential role of extracellular enzyme/cytokine NAMPT (eNAMPT) as an immunomodulatory soluble factor linked to antinuclear autoantibodies (ANA), key markers in the diagnosis of systemic autoimmune diseases. The main goal was to evaluate the association between circulating eNAMPT levels and ANA positivity, and to explore correlations with key immunohematological parameters within the study cohort.
