Abstract
[Machine translation] Alexandre Hardy's Ariane Ravie, composed around 1610, proposes in Act IV a complete rewriting, in the form of a monologue, of Ovid's Heroid X. If dramatic reworkings of poetic texts of this size are rare in the theater of the time, in the case of Ariane Ravie the rewriting of the Ovidian text appears consistent with the experimental nature of the play, which proves difficult to frame from a generic point of view in its oscillation between the codes of tragedy and tragicomedy. In this contribution, the relationship between dramatic text and poetic model is analyzed, in particular with regard to the practices of contamination of tragic, tragicomic and legiac language and imaginary.
