Abstract
[Machine translation] The article aims to examine the real audience of the French novel genre in verse, through the study of the totality of manuscripts in which these texts have been copied. In particular, an attempt will be made to study precisely the relationship between the ideal reader and the real audience of the texts. In the first part, after reviewing the possible sources, the material combinations of novels within the manuscripts will be studied in this regard. In this sense, the notion of intralibrarity will be used, to be defined as the network of relationships or relationships between elements (i.e. texts) within the same book, and of interlibrarity, that is, the set or network of relationships that a book maintains with others based on the texts contained therein. We then move on to studying the cases of excerpts from novels copied separately from the entire text, focusing in particular on an extract from Athis et Prophilias. We will then move on to the study of the owners (potential real readers) and finally to the study of the traces left by real readers on the manuscripts read.
