Abstract
This article describes two cases of Poland's syndrome. The originality of the operative procedure used resides in the fact that it is aimed at correcting the asymmetry of the chest in male patients. The operation is carried out in two stages: in the first, a latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap is transferred to the pectoro-thoracic region. In the second, a soft silicon implant, previously modelled in a chalk mold, is fitted under the flap.
