Abstract

The paper aims to underline the relevant features of the consolidated text on culture of Region Piedmont («legge regionale» n. 11/2018). Among the Italian Regions that adopted a similar consolidated text, the Piedmon- tese act distinguishes itself for several aspects. In the framework, culture is conceived as a powerful instrument of social integration, in order to remove obstacles, as the art. 3 of Italian Constitution provides.
