Abstract

Smoking is associated with aggressive tumor features and worse prognosis, and several studies indicate a positive impact of exercise concerning tumor development and progression. Hence, urologists should advise men to quit smoking latest at prostate cancer diagnosis and advocate an active lifestyle.
