Las voces de los otros La revolución del diálogo en la narrativa de Cervantes

Abstract

[Machine translation] Cervantes is the writer of the dialogue. In all his works, the continuous dialogic contrast between the characters constitutes a true engine for action, as well as an opportunity to express the internal vision of events in a varied polyhedron of interpretations. Thus, the dialogue between the characters provides the necessary framework to assemble on the plot of the events narrated the two most innovative characteristics of Don Quixote, which make it the prototype of the modern novel, namely: perspectivism, which relatizes points of view on reality according to the observer, and dialoguism, which confronts the ideologies underlying these points of view, without trying to arrive at a sublimating synthesis of the conflict.
