Abstract

Lipospheres containing a hydrophilic drug, [d-Trp-6]LHRH, were prepared using w/o/w microemulsion. Incorporation of the hydrophilic drug, [d-Trp-6]LHRH, was considerable (about 90%). The in vitro release of the peptide from the lipospheres was observed for 8 h.
