Abstract
M.P. Ferretti, The Public Perspective holds that public justification is a process that requires individuals to exercise a proper ethics of belief according to which their claims need to be critically evaluate. This approach leaves room to pluralism and disagreement but try to rule out those epistemic flaws that are deeply affecting our current public debate. In my brief discussion I raise some concerns regarding the scope and institutional implications of the ethics of beliefs developed by Ferretti.
