Abstract

The paper aims to highlight the possible intersections between crowdinvesting transactions and the ESG revolution with a focus on s.r.l. and SMEs. My investigation also aims to understand whether crowdfunding, a financing tool that is already alternative to traditional ones, can also become an alternative tool for «sustainable» financing.
