N2 - We classify the (2, 2) vacua corresponding to superstrings propagating on SU(2)3 groupfolds. The number of moduli h1,1 and h2, 1 and of the tangent bundle deformations End(T) of the associated Calabi-Yau manifolds are expressed as functions of the free phases of the theory. Some of these phases have the only effect of reversing the sign of the Euler characteristic.
