Abstract
[Machine translation] Exploring the copious tradition of the Latin Creed, rich in microvariants, the essay identifies the Summa Theologiae of Alexander de Hales as a probable direct (or at least close) source of the Symbolum Apostolorum transmitted by the Sepenary of Alfonso X (law XLII) and the First Party. At the same time, it evaluates some methodological options, perhaps useful for clarifying the relationships between the two works.
