Abstract
[Machine translation] The sociology and anthropology of childhood have highlighted the importance of critical questioning about the epistemological and methodological aspects of research ethics, in particular with regard to the tension between the protection and participation of children, the process of reflexivity concerning the researcher's posture and the way to conceive the agency of social actors involved in research, including children. Several authors have emphasized the ethnocentric vision that is often linked to ethical principles and the representations of the subject that underlie them. In this article we describe how thinking about the ethics of research with/on children has developed, especially with an emphasis on some of its weaknesses. In particular, we discuss how a relational perspective on ethics is able to respond to dilemmas that arise in the here and now of the research process, especially if accompanied by a relational and shared dimension of reflexivity.
