Abstract
The present work shows how to determine the Standard Curve (SC) in quantitative immunology essay by interpolation of Pivot Calibrators and virtual calibrators. This technology allow to reduce the number of real calibrators used in a immunology essay with a important saving in analysis costs. That is possible by means of particular calibrators called pivot calibrators that allow to estimate other calibrators, called virtual, so to determine the SC by interpolation. The results are as good as by old method.
