Abstract
In the context of a modern commercial law handbook, the topic of obligations issued by joint-stock companies is discussed, including the various types of allowed issuances, the limits on issuing them, the authority to issue obligations, the form of the related resolution, the organization of bondholders, and aspects of the regulation of bond loans.
