N2 - In this paper we present a time sensitive content distribution system under implementation with the following innovative features: (a) events can be accessed and distributed using a fully decentralized DHT-based platform, (b) the bootstrap problem is solved by means of a permanent core network made of always alive nodes, (c) the streams are served through a forest of collaborating nodes interested in the events, by means of a topology independent from the one of the underlying DHT structure.
