Abstract
A 16-year-old girl presented with a history of menometrorrhagia lasting 1 year. Hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy and resection of the vaginal ring were performed based on an intraoperative frozen section. Complete histological examination provided a final diagnosis of stromal sarcoma with low grade malignancy. A solid mass on the vaginal cuff was noted at the 5-year follow-up; it disappeared spontaneously.
