Abstract
[Machine translation] Heidegger sees in the dual form of metaphysics an as yet unimaginable unity: ontotheology. In this way, however, the risk is to force metaphysics into an interpretative unity. Reflecting on Heidegger's analysis, the paper intends to return to Verlegenheit as a structural condition of metaphysics, an alternative to Heidegger's reductionism. Verlegenheit expresses the tension that animates metaphysics; the intrinsic duality of the relationship between Being and entities. Simplifying Verlegenheit means falling into ambiguity.
