Abstract

Enhanced platelet reactivity represents one of the major determinants of cardiovascular risk among diabetic patients. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the impact of metformin use on platelet reactivity in diabetic patients receiving dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT).
