Abstract

[Machine translation] Depicting the society that enters the network is a commonplace that alludes to the transformations in the way of interacting and communicating, triggered in the contemporary world by the undisputed development of telematics, but also to more radical changes in human life, concerning economic and social organization. Starting from this expression, the first volume of Urbe-Internet intends, without pretending to be exhaustive, to propose other network figures, less widespread in public debate and involving the notion of law., If hermeneutical knowledge has always recognized the reticular nature of the text (just think of the classical notions of warp and texture), it is exalted through the transition, still in progress, from paper to digital technology (from book to hypertext) in the processes of reading, writing, retrieving information - also concerning the sources of law -, thus raising hermeneutical (and aesthetic) questions in the sphere of information technology (including legal)., The notion of the network of law (and the related theme of the virtuality of the legal system) then seem to seek an alternative paradigm - observable in the recent evolution of legal experience and yet not without ambiguity - to the Kelsenian, pyramidal and hierarchical conception of the legal system., Finally, from an epistemological point of view, entering the network implies the modification of the very idea of reality, which is no longer conceivable according to a relationship of radical opposition between subject and object, between observer and observed. This virtual trait of the environment in which man works and that he transforms, highlighted by twentieth-century epistemology, has never been completely unknown to artistic or legal experience. , The epistemological, aesthetic, hermeneutical notion of figural network wants to take into account these dimensions, mostly overlooked, of the idea of network, in order to show - in the second volume Urbe.net. Critical-philosophical premises to legal dogmatics, configuring the notions of anthropological and legal dogmatics in contemporary technological society - how the Internet institution can be rooted in the legal and civil culture of the city and not only in the technological culture of computers.
