Abstract
[Machine translation] ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) have determined the birth of a multifaceted and varied communicative and interactive space with relevant and specific potential for numerous sectors of activity. It is therefore not surprising that Internet and electronic commerce developments have found their first and most widespread applications in tourism. The contribution aims to understand the role that ICTs, in particular web tools, have in promoting tourism in a territory and to highlight their effectiveness through the application of an evaluation methodology to a specific case study.
