Abstract
The stereodynamic behaviour of the complexes [Fe3(CO)11L] [L = PR3 or P(OR)3], as determined by 13C n.m.r. spectroscopy over a wide temperature range, has been interpreted in terms of an icosahedral ⇌ cube-octahedral interchange of ligands of the type previously postulated for [M4(CO)12] (M = Co, Rh, or lr) and their derivatives.
