Abstract
This article deals with a computational model within which syntax and semantics are integrated in a single process. A general processor which handles several types of representations is discussed. A knowledge representation component and the ways by which it can be exploited by the processor are presented. Finally a system will be described by which experiments on semantic representation in different domains are being carried.
