Abstract
The contribution, starting from the various configurations of the provisions in particular in favor of the legitimate holders and taking into consideration the principle of invariability of the reserve shares stated in the jurisprudence of legitimacy, intends to offer a rational reading with the system of regulatory provisions on the subject legitimate.
