Abstract

[Machine translation] This paper offers a critical reading of Western legal subjectivity to highlight its anthropomorphic and exclusionary features. Based on this observation, the article focuses on theoretical and practical remarks in private law that gather the different expressions of the interdependence between human and non-human nature vis à vis the ecological challenges of our time.
