Tourism and Culture 4.0 aims to promote , the interaction between schools, universities, businesses and places of culture based on local strategies , of intelligent specialization, also through the interaction between creative and craft companies , with specialized training and support activities., It is therefore necessary to suggest a new model of territorial public governance that , be able to lead to the system and bring to synthesis the propositional, design and drive , implementation of the various actors (regions, municipalities, administrations and cultural companies profit and not , for profit). The paper therefore presents a model of a territorial public network, which starting , from the enhancement (understood as wide and complete enjoyment) of the cultural heritage may , provide a specific contribution to the growth of local cultural networks and more generally of , territorial socio-economic system., Nowadays cultural heritage is at the center of a wide political and economic debate, because , of the strategic role it plays in the economic and social progress of many areas of the Italian , territory. This paper, introduce a possible model of network public governance, starting from the consideration that , the enhancement of cultural heritage (meant as a complete usability and enjoyment) of the cultural heritage can give a specific contribution to increase the local cultural network and , economic system of the territory.
