Abstract
[Machine translation] The paper investigates the relationship between cybersecurity and digital ecosystems, analyzing in particular the field of telemedicine. After summarily reconstructing its legal discipline, the article focuses on the low perception of the real effects caused by virtual actions carried out in cyberspace, capable of affecting and damaging digital ecosystems, questioning whether this is the consequence of the condition of physical, immaterial a-territoriality, inherent in the very concept of cyberspace. In the final part, the paper, highlighting the efforts of national public institutions to 'territorialize' cyberspace, underlines the need to adopt cybersecurity education practices, based on a collaborative approach, that emphasize the physical-territorial dimension of virtual actions, in order to increase the level of cyber protection of digital ecosystems.
