Abstract
[Machine translation] The paper investigates the relationship between law, society and technology, in particular focusing on the central role played by the protection of fundamental rights for new technological applications such as online voting and artificial intelligence in the public sector. The subject of the essay, approached from a historical and legal point of view, is inspired by the research period carried out in the summer of 2019 in Munich, Germany, at the Munich Center for Technology and Society of the Technical University of Munich.
