Abstract
[Machine translation] Inspired by a recent ruling of legitimacy, the article aims to develop some reflections on the controversial figure of the “de facto mayor”, framing it on a systematic level and trying to grasp its implications on liability actions for omitted or negligent supervision and on governance.
