Abstract
[Machine translation] In recent years, two non-legal theories, Nudge and One Health, have risen to the headlines, also affecting the legal field. The contribution broadly describes these theories and, by highlighting some aspects that Nudge and One Health have in common, investigates what the role of public law may be in this regard.
