Abstract
[Machine translation] Starting from the debate that affected the concept of harm, the article investigates the implications, of the solution accepted most recently by the case law of the United Sections of the Court of, Cassation in the matter of damage-event and damage-consequence on the liquidation of the damage. In, from this perspective, we wonder in particular about the further developments that the problem of, compensatio lucri cum damno prospecta with reference to the necessary appropriateness of the compensation, to the damage.
