Abstract
[Machine translation] The objective of this contribution is to retrace the fundamental stages of the process of evaluating the quality of performance, comparing the case of radiation therapy for breast cancer and the case of methadone replacement therapy for the treatment of heroin drug addiction, in order to highlight the deficiencies that currently exist and suggest priorities for
intervention. The comparison between the two cases highlights, on the part of the Drug Addiction Services system, some
difficulty in transferring research results into practice, despite the fact that at the moment there is consistent evidence of the effectiveness of
treatments. The dissemination of the results is also hampered by the low investment of resources at the national level. IT'S
It is necessary to develop quality indicators, starting from which to evaluate and implement the quality of performance in this
sector.
