Through two case studies conducted in Campania, based on interviews and documentary analysis, the research examines participatory representations and practices, as well as the position of migrants in decision-making processes. The Critical Discourse Analysis highlights meanings, power relationships and structural critical issues that influence the inclusiveness of services.
