Abstract
[Machine translation] The law on over-indebtedness no. 3/2012 was amended by Law no. 176/2020, converting the Ristori Decree-Law (Legislative Decree no. 137/2020), which anticipated some changes provided for by the crisis code., The note, inspired by the published decree and containing the details of the first jurisprudential applications of this mini-reform, highlights the need for coordination between old and new regulations.
