Translated title of the contribution: [Machine translation] Anti-corruption plans, organizational models and whistleblowing: the Italian experience

Research output: Book/ReportBook

Abstract

[Machine translation] Corruption is an invasive and complex phenomenon, capable of inserting itself in an even sneaky way into the tissues of public administration and private entities. Since 2001, with the organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231, and then since 2012, with law no. 190/2012, the national legislator has established prevention measures for corruption, reinforced at the end of 2017 by legislation (for the first time, organic) on whistleblowing. This volume examines, from an economic-business perspective and with an original and innovative approach, the passages indicated above, trying to bring them back to the typical unit of business sciences.
