Abstract
[Machine translation] This article deals with the problem due to the discrepancies between the rapporteur Judge and the opinion-writer in some judgments by the Italian Constitutional Court. Starting from the recent statements made by the Judge Zanon, the study resumes the debate on the dissent related to the problem of the independence of the Constitutional Judge. In conclusion, it values the introduction of separate (and not merely dissenting) opinions into the constitutional justice system.
