Lyapunov Functions in SIR Models with Vaccinating Behaviour

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

In this note we obtain a Global Asymptotic Stability (GAS) result for the endemic equilibrium (EE) of a SIR model with informationdependent vaccinating behaviour, by the direct method based on Lyapunov functions. This constitues a new first attempt to introduce the use of these functions in behavioural epidemiology models.
