Abstract
[Machine translation] This contribution would like to offer a first survey and an attempt to systematize the changes made to the provisions of the Civil Code regarding (administration and) control of limited liability companies (and, in particular, of the limited company) by Legislative Decree 27.3.2026 n. 47, implementing the delegation referred to in art. 19 of Law 5.3.2024 n. 21 (so-called Capital Law). The purpose is to try to offer an interpretative compass and thus prevent the 'sense of bewilderment' that the Scholar or Legal Practitioner might feel when approaching Section VI-bis of Chapter V of Book V of the Civil Code, at least apparently, very different since the numbering has changed. Departing from the format of the Journal, the abstract does not anticipate (nor does it promise reassuring answers to) the many questions inevitably raised by each novel because the cut is deliberately didactic and merely recognizable.
