Abstract

[Machine translation] The work offers a reflection on what the new definition of State chosen by politics may be and what role will be reserved in its implementation to the administration and the market. It is an era of great changes made necessary by the succession of emergencies that push towards global solutions and the downsizing of national sovereignty. The market assumes a first-rate role, the administration and the citizen seem to be caught in the grip of digitalization and control. We therefore want to highlight some assessments of possible risks and highlight the essential role of the Constitution and the administration in ensuring respect for and implementation of rights and freedoms.
