Abstract
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has led to a new European refugee crisis. In this perspective, national and regional authorities implemented a variety of measures, in collaboration with the European Union and its Member States. Therefore, exploring the response to the refugee crisis against the background of the relations between the State, the National Civil Protection Service and the Regions, the essay focuses on crisis management in Piedmont from February to June 2022.
