Abstract
[Machine translation] In some cases, the legal system provides for a transfer of the powers of the shareholders' meeting of limited liability companies to different bodies or entities. After some general premises, the problems relating to cases in which the powers of the shareholders' meetings are transferred to third parties outside the company are addressed, with particular attention to art. 118 of the Italian Civil Code.
