Abstract

[Machine translation] Conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) is a form of, gender-based violence and a violation of human rights, in particular sexual and reproductive rights., In addition, it has been recognized as a public and global health issue. In 2022 in 94% of cases, of CRSV documented by the United Nations, the victims were women or girls. The conflict and the CRSV, may cause migratory flows. CRSV negatively affects physical, psychological and, social aspects of the health of survivors. These may be exacerbated by late access to treatment, which, for migrant survivors, it sometimes happens only in the country of arrival., The results of a qualitative study conducted analyzing the transcripts of the interview will be presented., constituting the first phase of clinical-forensic documentation during the taking charge of, migrant women survivors of CRSV at the Center for Sexual Violence Relief - SVS del Presidio, S. Anna Hospital in Turin. The story of violence will be highlighted, together with, negative health consequences experienced by patients.
