Abstract

[Machine translation] This study proposes a reflection about relation between belonging and protection of freedom of conscience and religion in the light of the interpretation of Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) adopted by the Strasbourg Court. The issue revolves around modern individualism in religious matters and the position of the authorities (administrative or judges) in the face of a demand for religious freedom not regulated by religious communities.
