Abstract
[Machine translation] In recent decades, the question of defining holy tragedy as a specific literary genre has arisen. This was a problem that Renaissance authors had already faced, evaluating the tragedy of biblical tragedies based on data from Aristotelian Poetics. But modern criticism, which, beginning in the nineties, has repeatedly dealt with the model and the tragic structure in French Renaissance literature, has not only re-examined the question of defining the genre of holy tragedy, but has also studied the problem of intertextuality for a genre that is at a true crossroads of influences.
