Abstract

[Machine translation] Starting from 2019, the will of the European Union to implement its own industrial policy and to stimulate member states to implement interventions consistent with it, without however renouncing the objective of creating an open and competitive European market, emerged clearly. The difficult combination that this choice involves between policies and regulations aimed at finalistically directing companies, at regulating markets to promote economic efficiency and protect consumers, and at protecting competition poses complex problems: the essay intends to outline these problems and to propose possible solutions in general and methodical terms.
