Abstract
[Machine translation] The volume collects the proceedings of the conference held on September 22, 2022 at the University of Milan. The various essays that compose it analyze the problem of food security (food security) in the light of recent international crises (CoVid, conflict in Ukraine, climate crisis, etc.) and on the basis of the new economic models that are emerging due to the increasingly frequent risk of breaking the global supply chains for food commodities. The interdisciplinary approach allows us to examine the problem described from different points of view, while offering an overview and vertically in-depth view of the legal issues related to food security in the new era of scarcity that seems to have started after the pandemic.
